Our Process
What's the main difference between business plan companies? Price, of course. Other than price, it comes down to service. We understand that you want to start a new chapter in your life as soon as possible, and we believe that the transition should be problem free. We want your professional business plan production experience to be an enjoyable one. Our 4-step process is simple and to the point:
Step 1. Introduction. We want to get to know you and your values, so that we can be accurate in representing you. We do this by engaging in a one on one confidential conversation with you that will take place on your terms. It is important that you are as comfortable as possible during this process because it makes for an ideal business plan. At this time we also determine how we can best service you.
Step 2. Discovery. If you are interested in our services and decide to hire us, we send a contract out to you that explains all legal aspects of our service after which, we will go over our official short questionnaire with you.
Step 3. Research. Once you have filled out the questionnaire, we will break it down into segments and deliver it to different sections within our organization. Our specialists in marketing, finance, and legal check for any issues that they see could compromise the integrity of the document.
Step 4. Documentation. We take our research and our communications with you to produce the business plan. This step is an iterative process in which we provide you drafts for review until the plan is completed. At the conclusion of this step, your business plan is produced.
