Our client wanted to start a new business and needed to impress potential investors who knew little about financing. Since this business was our client's first one, we coached and taught our client about the process of starting a business. We worked with our client to develop a custom business plan that the client could use to present to investors. The client used the plan and presentation, and successfully received funding for the new business.

Our client's original funding model was based on Bingo revenue. Other charities, however, began using Bingo as their revenue source, and our client started to lose revenue. Our client contacted us to find different funding. We put together a business plan that allowed our client to receive grants from foundations. Our client now is receiving financial help and is growing in the industry. Afterwards, our client asked our founder to be on the Board of Directors. Our founder now is the Vice President on the Board of Directors.
